SICCians Honoured Chairman Dr. Sahoo

SICCians organized a felicitation ceremony in the honor of SAI International Chairman Dr. Bijaya Kumar Sahoo, being recognized as the Advisor of Odisha Adarsh Vidalaya Sangathan in the rank and status of Minister of State, on June 27, 2019. A video presentation reflected his journey with SAI International College of Commerce since its inception in 2011. B.Com Final Year student Om Sankar Pratihari spoke about his transitional phase as an educationist, Aditi Kar from B.Com Final Year spoke of his strong personality, integrous character and years of personal struggle which evolved him as a great leader and Kotni Hruday Kumar of B.Com Final Year spoke of his other successful entrepreneurial ventures in Banking and Technology industry.

Dr. Sahoo was moved by this gesture of appreciation and conveyed his gratitude to the students in an emotionally overwhelming manner. Dr. Sandip Ghosh, Principal of SICCcelebrated the passion, courage, determination, perseverance and ambitious dream of Dr. Sahoo in his speech.

Dr. Sahoo spoke about how sensitively he has grasped the responsibility of providing quality education to every seeker in the state as Advisor of Adarsh Vidalaya Sangathan in the rank of Minister of State. He urged the students to realize thatnothing is luck determined rather the outcome of hard-work, passion and right choice which turns every destiny determined opportunity to success. He established this further in the simple example of a bungee jumping participant whose difference in attitude to accept the act creates the difference between fear and adventure. He marked the ending of his speech with the preaching principle of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba – Shardha Saburi which craves the pedestal of a good human being with successful career and life.
