Teachers’ Orientation Program for SICC Teachers

January 23, 2020, Dr. Swagatika Panda, Principal SICC, conducted a Teachers’ Orientation Program of all the SICC Faculty Members. The topic of the Orientation Program was “My World, My People”. She encouraged the teachers to inculcate behavioral aspects in such a manner that it will ease their transition through challenges and strategies. She further highlighted that the student-teacher relationship exists beyond the boundaries of prescribed syllabus and classroom. The students should feel free to be curious and to question without fear of retaliation. A healthy classroom environment will help to breed critical thinking instrumental for a better tomorrow.

The faculty left for the day with an enriching outlook and invigorating spirit.
